16 劳动法 童工 未成年工

禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。

文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人,必须遵守国家有关规定,,并保障其接受义务教育的权利。

Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 15

No employing units are allowed to recruit minors under the age of 16.

Institutions of literature and art, physical culture, and special arts and crafts that recruit minors under the age of 16 must comply with the relevant provisions of the State and guarantee their right to compulsory education.
