未成年工特殊保护规定 第十条

未成年工上岗前用人单位应对其进行有关职业安全卫生教育、培训；未成年工体检和登记，由用人单位统一办理和承担费用。
Provisions on Special Protection for Minor Workers, Article 10

Employing units shall provide minor employees with education of occupational safety and health and vocational training before they take up their posts; the employing units shall, in a unified way, conduct the physical examinations and registration for juvenile workers and bear all the expenses for them.
