中华人民共和国建筑法(2019修订) 第61条

建筑工程竣工经验收合格后，方可交付使用；未经验收或者验收不合格的，不得交付使用。

Completed anddelivered construction project shall meet the stipulated quality standards onconstruction project, have complete project economic information and signedproject warranty, and meet other completion conditions stipulated by the state.

Upon completionand acceptance of construction, it can bring into service; without acceptanceor unqualified acceptance, it shall not be used.
