房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程竣工验收备案管理办法（2009年10月19日施行）第四条

建设单位应当自工程竣工验收合格之日起15日内，依照本办法规定，向工程所在地的县级以上地方人民政府建设主管部门（以下简称备案机关）备案。

Construction unit shall, within 15 days of thedate of final acceptance, record with the department of construction of localpeople’s government at and above country level (hereinafter referred to as thefiling office), in accordance with the Regulations.
