建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第7.1.4条

疏散出口门、疏散走道、疏散楼梯等的净宽度应符合下列规定：

    1 疏散出口门、室外疏散楼梯的净宽度均不应小于0.80m；

    2 住宅建筑中直通室外地面的住宅户门的净宽度不应小于0.80m，当住宅建筑高度不大于18m且一边设置栏杆时，室内疏散楼梯的净宽度不应小于1.0m，其他住宅建筑室内疏散楼梯的净宽度不应小于1.1m；

    3 疏散走道、首层疏散外门、公共建筑中的室内疏散楼梯的净宽度均不应小于1.1m；

    4 净宽度大于4.0m的疏散楼梯、室内疏散台阶或坡道，应设置扶手栏杆分隔为宽度均不大于2.0m的区段。

GeneralSpecification for Building Fire Protection (GB 55037-2022), Article 7.1.4

The clear width of evacuation exit door, evacuation walkway,evacuation stairway, etc. shall meet the following requirements:

1. The clear width of evacuation exit door and outdoorevacuation stairway shall not be less than 0.80m;

2. The clear width of the residential door in theresidential building that directly connects to the outdoor ground shall not beless than 0.80m. When the height of the residential building is not more than18m and handrail is set at one side, the clear width of the indoor evacuationstairway shall not be less than 1.0m, and the clear width of the indoorevacuation stairway in other residential buildings shall not be less than 1.1m;

3. The clear width of the evacuation walkway, the firstfloor evacuation outer door and the indoor evacuation stairway in publicbuildings shall not be less than 1.1m;

4. For evacuation stairway, indoor evacuation steps or rampswith a clear width of more than 4.0m, handrails shall be set to separate theminto sections with a width of no more than 2.0m.
