建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第7.1.8条

室内疏散楼梯间应符合下列规定：

    1 疏散楼梯间内不应设置烧水间、可燃材料储藏室、垃圾道及其他影响人员疏散的凸出物或障碍物。
    2 疏散楼梯间内不应设置或穿过甲、乙、丙类液体管道。

    3 在住宅建筑的疏散楼梯间内设置可燃气体管道和可燃气体计量表时，应采用敞开楼梯间，并应采取防止燃气泄漏的防护措施；其他建筑的疏散楼梯间及其前室内不应设置可燃或助燃气体管道。

    4 疏散楼梯间及其前室与其他部位的防火分隔不应使用卷帘。

    5 除疏散楼梯间及其前室的出入口、外窗和送风口，住宅建筑疏散楼梯间前室或合用前室内的管道井检查门外，疏散楼梯间及其前室或合用前室内的墙上不应设置其他门、窗等开口。

8 疏散楼梯间及其前室上的开口与建筑外墙上的其他相邻开口最近边缘之间的水平距离不应小于1.0m。当距离不符合要求时，应采取防止火势通过相邻开口蔓延的措施。

GeneralSpecification for Building Fire Protection (GB 55037-2022), Article 7.1.8

Indoor evacuation staircase shall meet the following requirements:

1. There shall be no water boiling room, combustible material storageroom, refuse channel and other protrusions or obstacles that hinder evacuationin the evacuation staircase.

2. Category A, B and C liquid pipe shall not be allowed or penetrated inthe evacuation staircase.

3. When combustible gas pipes and combustible gas meters are installed inthe evacuation staircase of residential buildings, open staircases shall beused and protective measures shall be taken to prevent gas leakage; Combustibleor combustion-supporting gas pipes shall not be set in the evacuation staircaseand its vestibule of other buildings.

4. The fire separation between the evacuation stairwell and its vestibuleand other parts shall not use roller shutter.

5. Except for the entrance and exit of the evacuation staircase and itsvestibule, exterior windows and air supply outlet, and the inspection door ofthe pipe well in the vestibule or shared vestibule of evacuation staircase in residentialbuildings, the wall of the evacuation staircase and its vestibule or shared vestibuleshall not be equipped with other opening, such as doors, windows.

8. The horizontal distance from the opening on the evacuation staircaseand its vestibule to the nearest edge of other adjacent openings on theexterior wall of the building shall not be less than 1.0m. When the distancedoes not meet the requirements, measures shall be taken to prevent the firefrom spreading through adjacent openings.
