12.0.1 火灾自动报警系统应设置自动和手动触发报警装置，系统应具有火灾自动探测报警或人工辅助报警、控制相关系统设备应急启动并接收其动作反馈信号的功能。

12.0.5 火灾自动报警系统应设置火灾声、光警报器，火灾声、光警报器应符合下列规定：

1 火灾声、光警报器的设置应满足人员及时接受火警信号的要求，每个报警区域内的火灾警报器的声压级应高于背景噪声15dB，且不应低于60dB；

2 在确认火灾后，系统应能启动所有火灾声、光警报器；

3 系统应同时启动、停止所有火灾声警报器工作；

4 具有语音提示功能的火灾声警报器应具有语音同步的功能。

12.0.7 手动报警按钮的设置应满足人员快速报警的要求，每个防火分区或楼层应至少设置1个手动火灾报警按钮。

12.0.9 集中报警系统和控制中心报警系统应设置消防应急广播。具有消防应急广播功能的多用途公共广播系统，应具有强制切入消防应急广播的功能。

General Specifications for Fire ProtectionFacilities (GB 55036-2023)

12.0.1 The automatic fire alarm system shall be equipped with automatic and manual trigger alarm devices. The system shall have the functions of automatic fire detection alarm or manual auxiliary alarm, controlling the emergency start of relevant system equipment and receiving its action feedback signal.

12.0.5 The automatic fire alarm system shall be equipped with audible and visual fire alarms, which shall meet the following requirements:

1. The setting of fire audible and visual alarm shall meet the requirements of personnel to receive fire alarm signals in time. The sound pressure level of fire alarm in each alarm area shall be 15dB higher than the background noise, and shall not be lower than 60dB;

2. After confirming the fire, the system shall be able to start all fire audible and visual alarms;

3. The system shall start and stop all fire audible alarms at the same time;

4. The fire audible alarm with voice prompt function shall have voice synchronization function.

12.0.7 The setting of manual fire alarm button shall meet the requirements of personnel rapid alarm, and at least one manual fire alarm button shall be set in each fire compartment or floor.

12.0.9 The centralized alarm system and control center alarm system shall be equipped with fire emergency broadcast. Multi-purpose public address system with fire emergency broadcasting function shall have the function of mandatory access to fire emergency broadcasting.
