6．1．5 设计安全防护装置，应满足下列要求：

——使操作者触及不到运转中的可动零部件，其防护距离应符合GB12265的要求；

——在操作者接近可动零部件并有可能发生危险的紧急情况下，设备应不能起动或能立即自动停机、制动；——避免在安全防护装置和可动零部件之间产生接触危险；

——安全防护装置应便于调节、检查和维修，并不得成为危险源；

——安全防护装置应符合产品标准规定的可靠性指标要求。

General Rules forDesigning the Production Facilities (GB5083-1999), Article 6.1.5

The following requirements shall be met when designing thesafety device:

——Freethe operator touching any movable spare parts in operation. Protection distance

shall meet the provisions of GB 12265;

——If theoperator may close to the movable spare parts or the danger may occur set

refusal to start or automatic stop and braking devises.

——Avoidthe touching danger between safety device and movable spare parts;

——Safetydevice shall be convenient for adjustment, check and maintenance and shall

not endanger others.

——Safetydevice shall meet the provisions of established reliability parameter of

product standard.
