生产设备安全卫生设计总则（GB5083-2023）6.1.4

可动零部件安全卫生防护装置的设计符合下列要求:

———使作业人员触及不到运转中的可动零部件,其防护距离应根据危险区域范围和人体部位接触方式确定;

———在作业人员接近可动零部件并可能发生危险的紧急情况下,生产设备应无法启动,或应能立即自动停止;

———应防止在安全卫生防护装置和可动零部件之间产生接触危险;

———应便于调节、检查和维修,并不应成为危险源;

———应符合产品标准规定的可靠性指标要求。

General Rules for Designing the Production Facilities in accordance with Safety and Health Requirements (GB5083-2023), Article 6.1.4

The design of safety and health protection devices for movable parts shall comply with the following requirements:

——The protective distance should be determined based on the hazardous area and the manner of  human body contact to prevent the operators from touching the moving parts during operation;

——The production equipment should not be able to start or should be able to immediately stop automatically in the emergency when the operator approaches movable parts and a hazardous situation may occur,;

——- Contact hazards between safety and health protection devices and movable parts should be pevented;

——- The devices should be easy to adjust, inspect and maintain, and should not become a source of danger;

——- The devices should meet the reliability requirements specified in the product standards.
