固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程(TSG21-2016), A2.3

同时满足以下条件的压力容器称为简单压力容器：

(一) 压力容器由筒体和平盖、凸形封头（不包括球冠形封头），或者由两个凸形封头组成；

(二)筒体、封头、接管等主要受压元件的材料为碳素钢、奥氏体不锈钢或者Q345R；

(三)设计压力小于或者等于1.6MPa；

(四)容积小于或者等于1m3；

(五)工作压力与容积的乘积小于或者等于1MPa·m3；

(六)介质为空气、氮气、二氧化碳、惰性气体、医用蒸馏水蒸发而成的蒸汽或者上述气（汽）体的混和气体；允许介质中含有不足以改变介质特性的油等成分，并且不影响介质与材料的相容性；

(七)设计温度大于或者等于-20℃，最高工作温度小于或者等于150℃；

(八)非直接受火焰加热的焊接压力容器（当内直径小于或者等于550mm时允许采用平盖螺栓连接）。

7.1.11简单压力容器和本规程1.4范围内压力容器不需要办理使用登记手续。在设计使用年限内不需要进行定期检验，使用单位负责其使用的安全管理。

StationaryPressure Vessels Safety TechnicalInspecting Regulation (TSG 21-2016), A2.3 Pressure vessels meeting all below conditions are simple pressure vessels:

1)   Thepressure vessel ismade up of barrel, flat head, and convex head (not included spherical head), ortwo flat heads

2)   Thematerial of main pressure part of barrel, head and connecting pipe is carbonsteel, austenite stainless steel or Q345R

3)   Designpressure ≤ 1.6MPa

4)   TheCapacity ≤ 1m3

5)   Theproduct of working pressure ≤ 1 MPa·m3

6)   Themedium is air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gas, the water vapour made by evaporatingthe medical distilled water or the mixture of the above gas bodies. The medium isallowed to contain components such as oil which are not sufficient to changethe properties of the medium and do not affect the compatibility of the mediumwith the material

7)   Designtemperature ≥-20℃, thehighest working temperature ≤150℃

8)   Indirectflame welding pressure vessel (Flat cover bolts are allowed when the internal diameter is less thanor equal to 550mm)

7.1.11 The simple pressure vessel and the pressurevessel fit the scope of 1.4 of this regulation is not required to conductspecial appliance registration, and the regularinspection is not required within the designed service life. The pressurevessel user is responsible forsafety management.
