特种设备作业人员监督管理办法 (2011) 第二十二条

《特种设备作业人员证》每4年复审一次。持证人员应当在复审期届满3个月前，向发证部门提出复审申请。对持证人员在4年内符合有关安全技术规范规定的不间断作业要求和安全、节能教育培训要求，且无违章操作或者管理等不良记录、未造成事故的，发证部门应当按照有关安全技术规范的规定准予复审合格，并在证书正本上加盖发证部门复审合格章。

复审不合格、逾期未复审的，其《特种设备作业人员证》予以注销。

Measures on Supervision and Administration of Special EquipmentOperators (2010), Article 22

A Special Equipment Operating Personnel License shall besubject to re-check once every four years. Each holder shall, not later than 3 monthsprior to the expiration of the re-check period, apply to the license issuancedepartment for re-check. If a holder has met the uninterrupted operationrequirement and the requirement of safety and energy conservation educationtraining in relevant safety technical specifications in four years without badrecords of illegal operation or management and causing accidents, the licenseissuance department shall grant him qualified re-check and affix its seal ofqualified re-check to the original license under the relevant safety andtechnical norms.

If a holder fails in the re-check or fails to apply forre-check, his Special Equipment Operating Personnel License shall be cancelled.
