中华人民共和国特种设备安全法 第三十六条

电梯、客运索道、大型游乐设施等为公众提供服务的特种设备的运营使用单位，应当对特种设备的使用安全负责，设置特种设备安全管理机构或者配备专职的特种设备安全管理人员；其他特种设备使用单位，应当根据情况设置特种设备安全管理机构或者配备专职、兼职的特种设备安全管理人员。

PRC Special Equipment Safety Law Article 36:

The special equipment using unit providingpublic service such as elevator, passenger cableway and large recreational facilities and etc.is responsible for the safety of special equipment. And the unit shall organizethe special equipment safety supervision team or assign the full-time specialequipment safety supervision person. Other special equipment using unit shall organizethe special equipment safety supervision team on the basis of actual situationsor assign the full-time/part-time special equipment safety supervision person.
