楼梯踏步宽度不应小于0.27m，踏步高度不应大于0.165m；楼梯扶手高度自踏步前缘线量起不应小于0.90m，楼梯水平段栏杆长度大于0.50m时，其高度不应小于1.05m。

Code for Design of Dormitory Building (JGJ36-2016), Article 4.5.1

The width of stair steps shall not be less than 0.27m and the step height shall not be greater than 0.165m; the height of stair handrail, measure from the stair nosing, shall not be less than 0.90m; when the length of guardrail at horizontal segment of stairs  greater than 0.50m, the height shall not be less than 1.05m.
