多层及以下的宿舍开敞阳台栏杆净高不应低于1．05m；高层宿舍阳台栏板栏杆净高不应低于1．10m。

The net storey height of open balcony railing of multiple storey and below dormitory buildings shall not be lower than 1.05m; the net storey height of balcony breast board and guardrail of tall dormitory buildings shall not be lower than 1.10m.
