5.1.2 电气线路应具有足够的绝缘强度、机械强度和导电能力,其安装应符合相应产品标准的规定。
5.2.2 移动使用的用电产品, 应采用完整的铜芯橡皮套软电缆或护套软线作电源线,移动时, 应防止电源线拉断或损坏。
6 用电产品拆除时, 应对原来的电源端作妥善处理, 不应使任何可能带电的导电部分外露。

5.1.2 The electric circuits of electrical products must have adequateinsulating strength, mechanical strength and conductivity, and the installationof electric circuits shall be in compliance with the regulation of relevantelectrical product standard.
5.2.2 As for the mobile electrical products, complete copper core rubbersleeve flexible cables or sheath cords shall be used as the power lines; themovement of electrical products shall be prevented from pulling apart ordamaging the power lines.
6 Upon dismantlement of electrical products, the original power endsshall be treated carefully, so as to ensure that no charged conductive part isexposed.

5.1.1 电气设备的安装
电气设备的安装应满足以下要求, 包括但不限于:
———电气设备的安装符合相关标准的规定;
———电气设备的周围留有足够的安全通道和工作空间, 不堆放易燃、 易爆和腐蚀性物品;
——— 0 类设备安装在干燥、 非导电环境, 不在潮湿环境、 金属架构或容器等其他场所使用;
———Ⅰ 类设备的金属外壳或架构可靠接地, 或与插头插座中接地性能良好的保护接地极可靠连接, 同时根据环境条件加装适宜的电击防护装置;
———Ⅱ 类和Ⅲ 类设备, 带电部件和功能接地部件用双重绝缘或加强绝缘隔开。
5.1.2 电气线路的安装
电气线路的安装应满足以下要求, 包括但不限于:
———电气线路的绝缘强度、 机械强度和导电能力, 与安装场所的环境及使用条件相适应, 且其安装符合相关标准的规定;
———不交叉、 缠绕及虚接;
———不受外部热源产生的热效应或外部机械等作用产生的损害;
———电气线路中存在电击风险的部位, 采取防护罩等物理隔离措施;
———保护接地线采用焊接、 压接、 螺栓联结或其他可靠方法联结, 不缠绕或挂钩, 电缆/电线中的绿/黄双色线在任何情况只能用作保护接地线;
5.2.2 运行
在电气设备的运行周期内, 应符合以下要求, 包括但不限于:
———电气设备的启动满足用电场景和环境的要求;
———在规定的使用寿命期内使用, 超过使用寿命期及时报废或更换;
———采取必要的监控或监视措施, 不超负荷运行;
———能产生飞溅火花或外壳表面温度较高的电气设备, 远离可燃物质或采取相应的密闭、 隔离等措施, 用完后及时切断电源;
———产生的电磁骚扰等符合相关标准的规定。
5.4 维修要求
维修包括预防性维修和修复性维修等。应由电气专业人员或受过培训的人员进行, 可由内部人员组成(包含现场技工和维修车间人员等), 也可由外部人员组成(包含制造厂检修设施的人员等)。
维修后应证明电气设备符合正常使用要求。不合格的不应投入使用, 应及时予以报废, 并在明显位置予以标识。电气设备进行拆除时, 应对原来的电源端作妥善处理, 不应使任何可能带电的导电部分外露。
Guidelines for safe use of electricity (GB/T 13869—2026) (effective from 1 February, 2027)
5.1.1 Installation of Electrical Equipment
The installation of electrical equipment shall meet thefollowing requirements, including but not limited to:
- Electrical equipment shall be installed in accordancewith the requirements of relevant standards.
- Sufficient safe access routes and working space shallbe provided around electrical equipment. No flammable, explosive, or corrosivematerials shall be stored in the vicinity.
- Class 0 equipment shall be installed only in dry,non-conductive environments and shall not be used in damp locations or in otherplaces such as metal frameworks or conductive containers.
- For Class I equipment, exposed conductive parts ormetal frames shall be reliably connected to protective earthing, eitherdirectly or through the protective earthing contact of a properly earthed plugand socket. Appropriate measures for protection against electric shock shallalso be provided according to the environmental conditions.
- For Class II and Class III equipment, live parts shallbe separated from functional earthing parts by means of double insulation orreinforced insulation.
5.1.2 Installation of Electrical Wiring
The installation of electrical wiring shall meet thefollowing requirements, including but not limited to:
- The insulation strength, mechanical strength, andcurrent-carrying capacity of electrical wiring shall be suitable for theinstallation environment and service conditions, and the installation shallcomply with the requirements of relevant standards.
- Electrical wiring shall not be crossed, entangled, orconnected by loose or insecure joints.
- Electrical wiring shall be protected against damagecaused by external heat sources, mechanical impact, or other externalinfluences.
- Where there is a risk of electric shock, the relevantparts of electrical wiring shall be provided with physical protective measures,such as protective covers or barriers.
- Protective earthing conductors shall be connected bywelding, crimping, bolted connections, or other reliable connection methods.Twisting or hook-type connections shall not be used. The green-and-yellowbi-colour conductor in cables or wires shall be used exclusively as theprotective earthing conductor under all circumstances.
5.2.2 Operation
During the operating life cycle of electrical equipment,the following requirements shall be met, including but not limited to:
- The start-up of electrical equipment shall be suitablefor the intended operating conditions and the environment in which it is used.
- Electrical equipment shall be used within itsspecified service life. Equipment that has exceeded its service life shall bepromptly withdrawn from service, replaced, or scrapped.
- Necessary monitoring or supervisory measures shall beimplemented to prevent overload operation.
- Electrical equipment that may generate flying sparksor have a high enclosure surface temperature shall be kept away fromcombustible materials, or appropriate protective measures, such as enclosure orisolation, shall be adopted. The power supply shall be disconnected promptlyafter use.
- Electromagnetic disturbances generated by electricalequipment shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards.
5.4 Maintenance Requirements
Maintenance includes preventive maintenance, correctivemaintenance, and other maintenance activities. It shall be carried out byqualified electrical personnel or personnel who have received appropriatetraining. Maintenance personnel may be internal personnel (including on-sitetechnicians and maintenance workshop personnel) or external personnel(including personnel from the manufacturer's maintenance facilities).
After maintenance, it shall be verified that theelectrical equipment complies with the requirements for normal operation.Equipment that does not meet the required conditions shall not be put intoservice. It shall be promptly scrapped where appropriate and clearly identifiedby means of a conspicuous marking.
When electrical equipment is dismantled, the originalpower supply terminals shall be properly terminated or otherwise made safe. Noconductive part that may become energized shall be left exposed.
