危险化学品安全管理条例(2013) 第二十四条

危险化学品应当储存在专用仓库、专用场地或者专用储存室（以下统称专用仓库）内，并由专人负责管理；剧毒化学品以及储存数量构成重大危险源的其他危险化学品，应当在专用仓库内单独存放，并实行双人收发、双人保管制度。

危险化学品的储存方式、方法以及储存数量应当符合国家标准或者国家有关规定。

Regulations on theControl over Safety of Dangerous Chemicals, Article 24

Dangerous chemicals mustbe stored in special storehouses, special places or special storerooms(hereinafter referred to as the special storehouses), and shall be managed bythe personnel specially designated. Highly toxic chemicals and other dangerouschemicals that may cause major danger sources because of storage volume shouldbe kept separately in the special storehouses, and apply the system of two-persondispatch and two-person keeping.

The storage means,methods and the quantities of storage of dangerous chemicals shall meet thenational standards or relevant national provisions.
