危险化学品安全管理条例 第二十六条

危险化学品专用仓库应当符合国家标准、行业标准的要求，并设置明显的标志。储存剧毒化学品、易制爆危险化学品的专用仓库，应当按照国家有关规定设置相应的技术防范设施。

储存危险化学品的单位应当对其危险化学品专用仓库的安全设施、设备定期进行检测、检验。

Regulations on theControl over Safety of Dangerous Chemicals, Article 26

The specialized warehouses for dangerous chemicals shall satisfy requirements of the National Standards andIndustryStandards, and obvious signs shall be set up for these warehouses.Corresponding technological precautionary facilities should be set up accordingto the relevant provisions of the state for the specialized warehouse storingdangerous chemicals such as highly toxic and explosive chemicals. The storingunits should conduct inspection and testing at a regular interval for thesafety facilities and equipments utilized in the specialized warehouse fordangerous chemicals.
