工作场所安全使用化学品规定

第十二条 使用单位使用的化学品应有标识,危险化学品应有安全标签, 并向操作人员提供安全技术说明书.

第二十条 使用单位应将危险化学品的有关安全卫生资料向职工公开,教育职工识别安全标签, 了解安全技术说明书,掌握必要的应急处理方法和自救措施, 经常对职工进行工作场所安全使用化学品的教育和培训.

Regulations on Safety in Workplaces WhereChemicals Are Used

Article 12, Thechemicals used by using units shall be labeled, and hazardous chemicals shallalso be affixed with safety signs, and operators shall be provided withmaterial safety data sheet.

Article 20, Usingunits shall promulgate the relevant safety health information to workers, trainworkers to identify safety signs, understand material safety data sheet andknow the necessary emergency treatments and measures to save oneself, andregularly carry out education and training for workers on safety chemicals usein workplace.
