用人单位职业病危害告知与警示标识管理规范 第十三条

产生职业病危害的工作场所，应当在工作场所入口处及产生职业病危害的作业岗位或设备附近的醒目位置设置警示标识：

（一）产生粉尘的工作场所设置“注意防尘”、“戴防尘口罩”、“注意通风”等警示标识，对皮肤有刺激性或经皮肤吸收的粉尘工作场所还应设置“穿防护服”、“戴防护手套”、“戴防护眼镜”，产生含有有毒物质的混合性粉（烟）尘的工作场所应设置“戴防尘毒口罩”；

（二）放射工作场所设置“当心电离辐射”等警示标识，在开放性同位素工作场所设置“当心裂变物质”；

（三）有毒物品工作场所设置“禁止入内”、“当心中毒”、“当心有毒气体”、“必须洗手”、“穿防护服”、“戴防毒面具”、“戴防护手套”、“戴防护眼镜”、“注意通风”等警示标识，并标明“紧急出口”、“救援电话”等警示标识；

（四）能引起职业性灼伤或腐蚀的化学品工作场所，设置“当心腐蚀”、“腐蚀性”、“遇湿具有腐蚀性”、“当心灼伤”、“穿防护服”、“戴防护手套”、“穿防护鞋”、“戴防护眼镜”、“戴防毒口罩”等警示标识；

（五）产生噪声的工作场所设置“噪声有害”、“戴护耳器”等警示标识；

（六）高温工作场所设置“当心中暑”、“注意高温”、“注意通风”等警示标识；

（七）能引起电光性眼炎的工作场所设置“当心弧光”、“戴防护镜”等警示标识；

（八）生物因素所致职业病的工作场所设置“当心感染”等警示标识；

（九）存在低温作业的工作场所设置“注意低温”、“当心冻伤”等警示标识；

（十）密闭空间作业场所出入口设置“密闭空间作业危险”、“进入需许可”等警示标识；

（十一）产生手传振动的工作场所设置“振动有害”、“使用设备时必须戴防振手套”等警示标识；

（十二）能引起其他职业病危害的工作场所设置“注意XX危害”等警示标识。

Employing Unit Occupational Disease Hazard Notification and WarningSign Supervision Regulations Article 13

For the working place with occupational disease hazard, warningsigns shall be posted at the entrance of working place and the conspicuouspositions of working area or machine. The details were as follows:

1) Warning signs such as paying attention to dust, wearingdust-proof mask, paying to ventilation and etc. shall be posted at the dustworking place. Warning signs such as wearing protective clothes, wearingprotective gloves and wearing protective glasses shall be posted at the workingplace where dust could be absorbedby skin or skin could be irritated by dust. Wearing dust-proof and carbon masks sign shall be posted at the poisonous and dustworking place.

2) The sign “paying attention to ionizing radiation” shall beposted at radiation working place and the sign “paying attention to fissionable materials”shall be posted at open isotope working place.

3) Warning signs such as no entry, poisoning, poisonous gas,washing, wearing protective clothes, wearing carbon mask, wearing protectiveglove, wear protective glasses, ventilation and etc. shall be posted at thepoisonous working place. And emergency exit and emergency contact shall also beposted. 

4) Warning signs such as corrosion, corrosive, corrosive upon humidity,burning, wearing protective clothes, wearing protective gloves, wearingprotective shoes, wearing protective glasses, wearing carbon mask and etc.shall be posted at the occupational burning/corrosive chemical working place.

5) Warning signs such as harmful noise, wearing earplugs and etc.shall be posted at noisy working place.

6) Warning signs such as paying attention to heat-stroke, high temperature, ventilation andetc. shall be posted at the high temperature working place.

7) Warning signs such as paying attention to art light; wearingprotective glasses and etc. shall be posted at working place where electricophthalmic may be resulted from.

8) Warning sings such as paying attention to infective and etc.shall be posted at the working place where occupational disease may be resultedfrom biological factor.

9) Warning signs such as low temperature, cold injury and etc.shall be posted at low temperature working place.

10) Warning signs such as dangerous work of confined space, permitbefore entry and etc. shall be posted at the confined space area.

11) Warning signs such as harmful vibrating; wearingvibrating-proof glove and etc. shall be posted at vibrating working place.

12) Warning signs such as paying attention to hazard and etc.shall be posted at other potential occupational disease working place.
