《机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定》中，第四十条

消防安全重点单位应当按照灭火和应急疏散预案，至少每半年进行一次演练，并结合实际，不断完善预案。其他单位应当结合本单位实际，参照制定相应的应急方案，至少每年组织一次演练。

The key entities on fire control safety shallcarry out fire drill at least every half year in accordance with thepreparatory plans for fire fighting and emergency evacuation, and improve thepreparatory plans continuously in light of the reality. Other entities shall formulatecorresponding emergency plans according to the reality of their own entities,and organize fire drill at least once a year.
