用人单位必须建立,健全劳动安全卫生制度,严格执行国家劳动安全卫生规程和标准,对劳动者进行劳动安全卫生教育,防止劳动过程中的事故,减少职业危害。

The employing unit must establish and perfect asystem for occupational safety and health, strictly implement the rules andstandards of the State on occupational safety and health, educate laborers onoccupational safety and health, prevent accidents in the process of work, andreduce occupational hazards.
