建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第7.3.1条

住宅建筑中符合下列条件之一的住宅单元，每层的安全出口不应少于2个：

    1 任一层建筑面积大于650m²的住宅单元；

    2 建筑高度大于54m的住宅单元；

    3 建筑高度不大于27m，但任一户门至最近安全出口的疏散距离大于15m的住宅单元；

4 建筑高度大于27m、不大于54m，但任一户门至最近安全出口的疏散距离大于10m的住宅单元。

 GeneralSpecification for Building Fire Protection (GB 55037-2022), Article 7.3.1

For residential units in residential buildings that meet oneof the following conditions, the number of safety exits on each floor shall notbe less than 2:

1. Residential units with building area greater than 650m²on any floor;

2. Residential units with height greater than 54m;

3. Residential units with height not greater than 27m, butthe distance from any household door to the nearest safety exit is greater than15m;

4. Residential units with height between 27m-54m, but thedistance from any household door to the nearest safety exit is greater than10m.
