保安服务管理条例2010 第五十一条

本条例施行前已经从事保安服务的保安员，自本条例施行之日起1年内由保安员所在单位组织培训，经设区的市级人民政府公安机关考试、审查合格并留存指纹等人体生物信息的，发给保安员证。

Regulation on the Administration of Security and Guarding Services, Article 51

Security guards that have been offering security guards service shall get their Security Guards Certificates after receiving training from their companies, passing the exams of the public security organs of the people’s government at city level and reviewed as qualified and get their finger printers recorded, within the first year since the establishment of this Regulation.
