宿舍建筑设计规范 (JGJ36-2016) 第5.2.4条

宿舍建筑内安全出口、疏散通道和疏散楼梯的宽度应符合下列规定：
    1 每层安全出口、疏散楼梯的净宽应按通过人数每100人不小于1．00m计算，当各层人数不等时，疏散楼梯的总宽度可分层计算，下层楼梯的总宽度应按本层及以上楼层疏散人数最多一层的人数计算，梯段净宽不应小于1．20m；
    2 首层直通室外疏散门的净宽度应按各层疏散人数最多一层的人数计算，且净宽不应小于1．40m；
    3 通廊式宿舍走道的净宽度，当单面布置居室时不应小于1．60m，当双面布置居室时不应小于2．20m；单元式宿舍公共走道净宽不应小于1．40m。

The width of escape exit, exit passageway and evacuation stair of dormitory buildings shall meet the following requirements: 

1  The net width of escape exit and evacuation stairs in each storey shall be calculated according to not less than 1.00m bypass through every 100 persons; when the number of occupants in each storey are different, the overall width of evacuation stairs may be calculated in each storey; the overall width of next storey shall be calculated according to the number of occupants in this storey and the storey with the maximum number of evacuated persons; the net width of stair horse shall not be less than 1.20m;

2  The net width of evacuation door of first floor shall be calculated according to the storey with the maximum number of evacuated persons; the net width shall not be less than 1.40m;

3  The net width of walkway in gallery type dormitory shall not be less than 1.60m for single layout bedrooms, and shall not be less than 2.20m for double layout bedrooms; the net width of public walkway in unit type dormitory  shall not be less than 1.40m.
