中华人民共和国水污染防治法 (2017修订) 第三十三条

禁止向水体排放油类、酸液、碱液或者剧毒废液。

禁止在水体清洗装贮过油类或者有毒污染物的车辆和容器。

It is forbidden to discharge any oil, acid or alkaline solutions or deadly toxic liquid waste into any water body.

It is forbidden to wash and clean in any water body any vehicles or containers, which have been used for storing oil or toxic pollutant.
