中华人民共和国大气污染防治法 (2018修订) 第十八条

向大气排放污染物的，其污染物排放浓度不得超过国家和地方规定的排放标准。

企业事业单位和其他生产经营者建设对大气环境有影响的项目，应当依法进行环境影响评价、公开环境影响评价文件；向大气排放污染物的，应当符合大气污染物排放标准，遵守重点大气污染物排放总量控制要求。

Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution (2018 Amendment) Article 18

The enterprise and institution unit shall apply environmental impact assessment and publish the environmental impact assessment report for the construction project which had impact for the air. Where atmospheric pollutants are discharged, the concentration of the said pollutants shall comply with the standards prescribed by the State and local authorities.
