中华人民共和国大气污染防治法 (2018修订)第七十九条

向大气排放持久性有机污染物的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者以及废弃物焚烧设施的运营单位，应当按照国家有关规定，采取有利于减少持久性有机污染物排放的技术方法和工艺，配备有效的净化装置，实现达标排放。

The enterprise and institution unit, other business units and the wastes firing unit where industrial organic waste air is generated continually shall use the techniques and process which could reduce the industrial organic waste air and install effective filtering equipment to ensure that the waste air meet the discharging standard.
