中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法 (2022年6月5日起施行) 第三十四条

本法所称工业噪声，是指在工业生产活动中产生的干扰周围生活环境的声音。

For purposes of this Law, "industrial noise" means the sound that is emitted by the course of industrial production and that impairs the living environment of the neighbourhood.
