产生危险废物的单位，应当按照国家有关规定和环境保护标准要求贮存、利用、处置危险废物，不得擅自倾倒、堆放。

An entity that produces hazardous wastes shall store,utilize, and treat hazardous wastes in accordance with the relevant provisionsissued by the state and environmental protection standards, and shall not dumpor stack the hazardous wastes without authorization.
