放射性同位素与射线装置安全和防护条例 (2019)

第二条

在中华人民共和国境内生产、销售、使用放射性同位素和射线装置，以及转让、进出口放射性同位素的，应当遵守本条例。

本条例所称放射性同位素包括放射源和非密封放射性物质。

第五条

生产、销售、使用放射性同位素和射线装置的单位，应当依照本章规定取得许可证。

Safety and Protection Regulation on Radioisotopes and Radiation Device(2014), Article 2

Withinthe territory of the People’s Republic of China, the production, sale and useof radioisotopes and radiation devices and the transfer, import and export ofradioisotopes shall be governed by this Regulation.

Theterm “radioisotopes”, which is mentioned in thisRegulation, shall include radioactive sources and unsealed radioactivesubstances.

Article 5

Entities,which produce, sells and uses radioisotopes and radiation devices, shall obtainthe relevant licenses in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
