企业因生产特点不能实行本法第三十六条、第三十八条规定的,经劳动行政部门批准,可以实行其他工作和休息办法。

Where an enterprise can not follow the stipulations in Article 36 and Article 38 of this Law due to the special nature of its production, it may, with the approval of the administrative department of labor, adopt other rules on working hours and rest.
