全国年节及纪念日放假办法(2025年1月1日施行) 第六条

全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢周六、周日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢周六、周日，则不补假。

When the vacations having a holiday for all citizens happen to be on Saturaday or Sunday, there shall be compensational leave on working days; When the vacations having a holiday for part citizens happen to be on Saturdat or Sunday, there shall be no compensational leave on working days.
