广东省工资支付条例 第十六条

用人单位应当按照工资支付周期如实编制工资支付台账。工资支付台账应当至少保存二年。

工资支付台账应当包括支付日期、支付周期、支付对象姓名、工作时间、应发工资项目及数额，代扣、代缴、扣除项目和数额，实发工资数额，银行代发工资凭证或者劳动者签名等内容。

Regulation of Guangdong Province on thePayment of Wages, Article 16

 An employing entityshall compile ledgers for the payment of wages on the basis of the cycles ofpayment of wages, and keep them for at least two years. 
The ledgers for the payment of wages shall mainly specify the date and cycle ofpayment, the names of employees, working hours, the items and amount of wagespayable, the items and amount withheld and deducted, the amount of wagesactually paid, as well as the vouchers issued by the bank on the entrustedpayment of wages or the signatures of employees, etc.
