用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。

The State shall implement a system of guaranteed minimum wages. The specific standards of minimum wages shall be determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the Central Government and submitted to the State Council for the record.
