广东省企业职工假期待遇死亡抚恤待遇暂行规定 第四条

职工的直系亲属(父母、配偶、子女)死亡，可给予3天以内的丧假。职工配偶的父母死亡，经单位领导批准，可给予3天以内丧假。需要到外地料理丧事的，可根据路程远近给予路程假，途中交通费由职工自理。

If theemployee's immediate relatives (parents, spouse, children) die, they can be givena funeral leave of less than 3 days. If the parents of employee's spouse die,they may be given funeral leave less than 3 days with the approval of theleaders of the units. If it is necessary to arrange the funeral in otherplaces, the travel leave can be given according to the distance, and thetransportation fee on the way shall be borne by the employees themselves.
