工资 劳动合同法 试用期 薪水 最低工资

劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资的80%或者不得低于劳动合同约定工资的80%,并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
Regulation on the Implementation of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 15
An employee's wages during probation shall not be less than 80% of the minimum wages for the same post of the employer or 80% of the wages stipulated in the Labor Contract, and shall not be less than the minimum wage level of the place where the employer is located.
