广东省劳动保障监察条例 第五十条

罚款

用人单位的规章制度规定了罚款内容,或者其扣减工资的规定没有法律、法规依据的,由人力资源社会保障行政部门责令改正,给予警告。

用人单位对劳动者实施罚款或者没有法律、法规依据扣减劳动者工资的,由人力资源社会保障行政部门责令限期改正;逾期未改正的,按照被罚款或者扣减工资的人数每人二千元以上五千元以下的标准处以罚款。

Human resource supervisionadministrative department shall issue a warning and order them to correct ifthere were monetary fines in the employing units’ rules and regulations or theemploying units’ deducting wages’ rules and regulations violate local law andregulations.

 

Humanresource supervision administrative department shall order them to correctwithin the required period if the employing units carry out monetary fines ordeduct wages without the permit of local law and regulations. And fines betweenRMB 2000-RMB 5000 per person would be fined for the employing units if theydon’t correct it within the required period.
