筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第8.1.7条

除不适合用水保护或灭火的场所、远离城镇且无人值守的独立建筑、散装粮食仓库、金库可不设置室内消火栓系统外，下列建筑应设置室内消火栓系统：

   1 建筑占地面积大于300㎡的甲、乙、丙类厂房；

   2 建筑占地面积大于300㎡的甲、乙、丙类仓库；

   3 高层公共建筑，建筑高度大于21m的住宅建筑；

  ……
    6 建筑高度大于15m或建筑体积大于10000m3的办公建筑、教学建筑及其他单、多层民用建筑；

Exceptthat indoor fire hydrant systems may not be set at locations where water shouldnot be applied for fire protection or suppression, unattended independentbuildings away from towns, bulk grain storages and vaults, the followingbuildings shall be equipped with indoor fire hydrant systems:

1. CategoryA, B and C factory buildings with occupied area over 300 m2;

2. CategoryA, B and C storages with occupied area over 300 m2;

3.High-rise public buildings, residential buildings over 21m;

6.Office buildings, teaching buildings and other single-/multi-storey civilbuildings over 15m high or over 10000m3;
