食品经营许可证载明的许可事项发生变化的，食品经营者应当在变化后10个工作日内向原发证的食品药品监督管理部门申请变更经营许可。经营场所发生变化的，应当重新申请食品经营许可。外设仓库地址发生变化的，食品经营者应当在变化后10个工作日内向原发证的食品药品监督管理部门报告。

When the licensing itemsspecified in the food business license have changed, the food operator shall,within 10 working days after the change, apply to the food and drugadministration department that issued the original license for the change ofbusiness license.

When a business placechanges, a new food business license shall be applied for. Where the address ofthe peripheral warehouse changes, the food operator shall report to the foodand drug administration department that issued the original license within 10working days after the change.
