排污许可管理条例 （2021年3月1日施行）第十五条

在排污许可证有效期内，排污单位有下列情形之一的，应当重新申请取得排污许可证：

（一）新建、改建、扩建排放污染物的项目；

（二）生产经营场所、污染物排放口位置或者污染物排放方式、排放去向发生变化；

（三）污染物排放口数量或者污染物排放种类、排放量、排放浓度增加。

The regulation on management of pollutant discharge permits (effective since March 1, 2021), Article 15

Within the validity period of the pollutant dischargepermit, the discharge unit shall re-apply for a pollutant discharge permitunder any of the following circumstances:

1)    New construction, reconstruction or expansion ofprojects that discharge pollutants;

2)    Changes in production and business address, locationsof pollutant discharge outlets, pollutant discharge methods and dischargedestinations; 

3)    An increase in the number of pollutant dischargeoutlets, pollutant emission types, amounts or concentrations of pollutantsdischarged.
