中华人民共和国放射性污染防治法（2003年10月1日施行）第三十条

新建、改建、扩建放射工作场所的放射防护设施，应当与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入使用。放射防护设施应当与主体工程同时验收；验收合格的，主体工程方可投入生产或者使用。

The radiological protectionfacilities in the newly built, rebuilt or expanded radiological workplacesshall be designed, constructed and put into use at the same time as theprincipal part of the project.The radiological protection facilities shall be checkedand accepted at the same time as the main part of the project.The principalpart of the project may not be put into production or use until it has passedthe acceptance inspection.
