劳动者有权依法参加和组织工会。
工会代表和维护劳动者的合法权益，依法独立自主地开展活动。

Laborersshall have the right to participate in, and organize, trade unions inaccordance with the law.

Tradeunions shall represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests oflaborers, and independently carry out their activities in accordance with thelaw.
