中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法 (2022年6月5日施行) 第二十四条

新建、改建、扩建可能产生噪声污染的建设项目，应当依法进行环境影响评价。

The new construction, reconstruction or expansion projects that may cause noise pollution shall be subject to the environmental impact assessment in accordance with the law.
