中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法 (2022年6月5日施行) 第二十五条

建设项目的噪声污染防治设施应当与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用。

建设项目在投入生产或者使用之前，建设单位应当依照有关法律法规的规定，对配套建设的噪声污染防治设施进行验收，编制验收报告，并向社会公开。未经验收或者验收不合格的，该建设项目不得投入生产或者使用。

The facilities for the prevention and control of noise pollution in a construction project shall be designed, built and put into production or use simultaneously with the main part of the project.

Before a construction project is put into production or use, the construction employer shall conduct the acceptance check of the supporting facilities for noise pollution prevention and control, work out the acceptance check report, and release it to the public in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. The construction project may not be put into production or use before its acceptance check is carried out or if it fails to pass its acceptance check.
