中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法 (2022年6月5日起施行) 第三十六条

排放工业噪声的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者，应当采取有效措施，减少振动、降低噪声，依法取得排污许可证或者填报排污登记表。

实行排污许可管理的单位，不得无排污许可证排放工业噪声，并应当按照排污许可证的要求进行噪声污染防治。

Enterprises, institutions, other producers and business operators that emit industrial noise shall take effective measures to reduce vibration and noise, obtain a pollutant discharge permit or fill in a pollutant discharge registration form in accordance with the law.

An entity that implements pollutant discharge permit management shall not discharge industrial noise without a pollutant discharge permit, and shall conduct noise pollution prevention and control in accordance with the requirements of the pollutant discharge permit.
