中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例实施细则 第三十一条

市场主体变更登记事项，应当自作出变更决议、决定或者法定变更事项发生之日起30日内申请办理变更登记。

市场主体登记事项变更涉及分支机构登记事项变更的，应当自市场主体登记事项变更登记之日起30日内申请办理分支机构变更登记。

Where a market participant modifies registration matters, it shall apply to the registration authority for modification within 30 days after the modification resolution, decision or statutory modification matter occurs.

Where the change of the registered items of a market participant involves the change of the registered items of a branch, an application for the change of the registration of a branch shall be filed within 30 days from the date of the change of the registered items of the market participant.
