建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第7.1.2条

建筑中的疏散出口应分散布置，房间疏散门应直接通向安全出口，不应经过其他房间。疏散出口的宽度和数量应满足人员安全疏散的要求。各层疏散楼梯的净宽度应符合下列规定：

    1 对于建筑的地上楼层，各层疏散楼梯的净宽度均不应小于其上部各层中要求疏散净宽度的最大值；

    2 对于建筑的地下楼层或地下建筑、平时使用的人民防空工程，各层疏散楼梯的净宽度均不应小于其下部各层中要求疏散净宽度的最大值。

The evacuation exits in the building shall be distributed,and the evacuation doors for rooms shall directly lead to the safety exits, andshall not pass through other rooms. The width and number of evacuation exitsshall meet the requirements for safe evacuation of personnel. The clear widthof evacuation stairs on each floor shall meet the following requirements:

1. For the aboveground floors of the building, the clearwidth of the evacuation stairs on each floor shall not be less than the maximumrequired evacuation clear width in the upper floors;

2. For the underground floors of buildings or undergroundbuildings, and civil air defense works normally used, the clear width ofevacuation stairs on each floor shall not be less than the maximum requiredevacuation clear width in the lower floors.
