建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第7.1.7条

疏散出口门应能在关闭后从任何一侧手动开启。开向疏散楼梯（间）或疏散走道的门在完全开启时，不应减少楼梯平台或疏散走道的有效净宽度。除住宅的户门可不受限制外，建筑中控制人员出入的闸口和设置门禁系统的疏散出口门应具有在火灾时自动释放的功能，且人员不需使用任何工具即能容易地从内部打开，在门内一侧的显著位置应设置明显的标识。

The evacuation exit door shall be ableto be opened manually from any side after being closed. The effective clearwidth of the stair landing or evacuation walkway shall not be reduced when doorsopening toward evacuation stair (staircase) or evacuation walkway is fullyopened. Except that the door of the residence can be unrestricted, the gate forcontrolling personnel access and the evacuation exit door with access controlsystem in the building shall have the function of automatic release in case offire, and the personnel can easily open the door from the inside without usingany tools, and obvious signs shall be set at a prominent position on the insideof the door.
