食品经营许可和备案管理办法（自2023年12月1日起施行）第七条

第七条  食品经营者在不同经营场所从事食品经营活动的，应当依法分别取得食品经营许可或者进行备案。通过自动设备从事食品经营活动或者仅从事食品经营管理活动的，取得一个经营场所的食品经营许可或者进行备案后，即可在本省级行政区域内的其他经营场所开展已取得许可或者备案范围内的经营活动。

　　利用自动设备跨省经营的，应当分别向经营者所在地和自动设备放置地点所在地省级市场监督管理部门报告。

　　跨省从事食品经营管理活动的，应当分别向经营者所在地和从事经营管理活动所在地省级市场监督管理部门报告。

Measures for the Management of Food Business Licensing and Filing (effective from December 1, 2023), Article 7

Article 7 Food business operators who engage in food business activities in different business locations shall obtain food business licenses or file for record respectively according to law. Those who engage in food business activities or only engage in food business management activities through automatic equipment, after obtaining a food business license or filing for a business site, can carry out business activities within the scope of the license or record at other business sites within the provincial administrative region.

Those who use automatic equipment to operate across provinces shall report to the provincial market supervision and management department of the place where the operator is located and the place where the automatic equipment is placed.

Those who engage in food business management activities across provinces shall report to the provincial market supervision and management department at the place where the operator is located and where the business management activities are located.
