建设工程消防设计审查验收管理暂行规定（2023年10月30日施行） 第十四条

具有下列情形之一的建设工程是特殊建设工程：

（四）总建筑面积大于二千五百平方米的……劳动密集型企业的生产加工车间，……

（五）……劳动密集型企业的员工集体宿舍；

（九）生产、储存、装卸易燃易爆危险物品的工厂、仓库和专用车站、码头，易燃易爆气体和液体的充装站、供应站、调压站；

A construction project that has one of the following circumstances is a special construction project:

(4) The total construction area is greater than 2,500 square meters... Production and processing workshops of labor-intensive enterprises, ...

(5) ...Dormitories of labor-intensive enterprises;

(9) factories, warehouses, special stations and wharves for the production, storage, loading and unloading of flammable and explosive dangerous materials, filling stations, supply stations and pressure regulating stations for flammable and explosive gases and liquids;
