职业学校学生实习管理规定 第十一条

实习单位应当合理确定岗位实习学生占在岗人数的比例，岗位实习学生的人数一般不超过实习单位在岗职工总数的10%，在具体岗位实习的学生人数一般不高于同类岗位在岗职工总人数的20%。

The enterprise for internship shall determine reasonably the proportion of students on position internships relative to the total number of on-post staff. Generally, the number of students on position internships should not exceed 10% of the total number of on-post workers, and for specific posts should generally not exceed 20% of the total number of on-post workers in the same post.
